4. Take your time, edit and read your blog aloud. And use sub-headings to guide readers through the blog, avoiding big blocks of text.

5. Add useful, external links to other blogs, and internal links to other pages of your website. And work on getting some quality back-links to your blog (other, reputable websites and blogs that link to your blog). This will massively improve your SEO.

6. Craft an eye-catching, emotive blog title, and include your top keyword phrase, it’s competitive out there!

7. Include a high quality, royalty free image, and write the alt tag and image title.

8. Add a share button and promote it well on social media.

9. Collaborate with champions in your field, and encourage others to share and endorse your blog.

10. Include an action-enticing, friendly sales pitch at the end of the blog, with a call-to-action to entice readers to your website.
